In today’s digital world where everything has its own digital counterpart, it is important that new security rights are being implemented. It is important that as the time passes, there’s also a continuous developments on these rights.
Since more and more people are enjoying reading digitalized books, digital rights group Center for Democracy and Technology joined other groups to push Google on its commitments to build concrete privacy protections for its book programs.
Other groups including Electronic Frontier Foundation are also urging Google to do the necessary actions on their digitalized books. They are also concern with how the people would react on privacy issues where readers should still know that the traditional rights for books are also implemented with the digitalized ones.
Google, on its statement, says that the issues on these policies are premature knowing that they haven’t launched their product.
